    I just submit the application and they give the status that "تعتذر الوزارة عن تحقيق الطلب" means "Ministry apologizes for achieving demand" can any body tell me what the issue behind this...?

    You fill the application wrong and fill it again and submit.(problem in name-name not rite and some mistake in name)
