    Dear friends , if u r applying for visit visa of ur wife and she doesn't have the sur name on the passport then plz mention her parentage with her name while applying for her visa e.g if her name is shazia Gul and fathers name is mustafa Ahmed ( on the last page of the passport ) then write her name while applying for her visa as shazia Gul mustafa Ahmed otherwise mofa going to reject ur request .u can apply in the same manner if ur kids miss the surname in the passport I,e name + parentage .my application was rejected for the same reason and then applied again and mentioned my name against my kids name and got the visa .thanx
