Thank you for your prompt reply. You have stimulated some ideas for me to continue my existing profession is CR.
I know many individuals who now invest privately in real estate through me. If a Canadian investor were to consider financing real estate in CR, would a return on investment of 10-15% be acceptable to a potential borrower, generally speaking. Also do you feel there is a suitable legal process for repossession and resale on any possible default.
Perhaps I would benefit from speaking to a finance representative in CR.I look forward to hearing from you. Perhaps this is an avenue that can benefit us both.
