    Names on Family Visit Visa

    I'm applied for Family Visit Visa on 12-Nov-2013 & COC on same Day at Alkhobar. Still its showing my application only on MOFA site. I have some doubt to clarify,
    1. How many days it will take time for online approval from MOFA.
    2. I mentioned GIVEN NAME only in the Name field eg., Rayhan Yoosuf [son] (i.e., i didn't mention SURNAME in that Name field)
    3. In my wife Passport the Surname still her Father name & my name mentioned in Spouse Name field of her Passport.
    Kindly clarify me, they will approve my old application or not.... if not, what to do for my wife surname..mentioned her father Name or ......
