    Your new application no 5641719, Please make is COC after sign & stamp from your company.

    In your previous application the following mistakes.

    1-your profession (not as per iqama)
    2-company name (not as per iqama)
    3-iqama expiry date (should be like 10/9/1434) not 10091434
    4-your son name not as per your passport as you given me the name by mail
    5-you not put the country code before the phone number and mobile number
