Finland: The best country for education?

Hello,

are there some students in this forum? I need advice on studying in Finland. I read that Finland is the best country for education, so I am wondering why it is so? How is studying in Findland like?

  ...even if education is FREE living cost is high in Finland!
  Otherwise Finland is a great, clean, small country to study.
  Most of the people over 15 speak English so that shouldn't be a problem in daily life but it helps if you're willing to learn some basic Finnish - not easy though! :)
