hi. we have our documents submitted for fiance visa in Belgium embassy in Manila first week of oct. and interviewed again first week of dec. we're wondering what is the average processing time for this visa type..we are hoping to get married before our marriage declaration expires feb 10..does anyone here wants to share their experiences re fiance visa? thanks and happy new year!

yup, the last few days, i was busy doing a refresher's course in Driving with SMART.. then awhile back, FEdex already picked up my 2pc. 25kg boxes and i payed a total amount of Php20038.50 and it will arrive in BE by thursday,at my fiancee's doorstepp hopefully by friday.
yes, im very much excited myself for going to the embassy for the very last time.. and tomorrow is literally my last full day in manila..wow! im experiencing mixed feelings.. happy coz im going to be with my man forever and sad because i will be leaving my family and friends behind..
but then again, i know i will meet Desert Vixen and ZD Pardo.. this is as good as home..

i applied for the same visa only difference is i applied here in belgium... the only thing i can tell you is that you need to prove one year of relationship no less...one month or 30 days like seeing bt its not your problem coz you had that bt always have the proof... skype or email that s ok... you dont need to show money or anything else--- you have to prove also that you are single and duly stamped by our dfa--- and your birth certificate also... that is the only thing they ask for me... just be your self in interview dont add too much... just give what ever they ask and that s it... no show money...

I just came from the Embassy and I now have my visa. Yay! :)
