We are planning a trip to the Philippines, to the Island of Bohol to be exact. We are planning on taking our Lap Top or tablet, not sure which, but I was wondering about the internet connections in the Philippines. Are they safe for American made computers? And if so, will we be able to run google or yahoo instant messaging on either of them?
