I wonder if there is anyone here is using Rebtel for international calls? It is said the best calling app but today when I take into receipts, then I just realized that I have to pay $0.3 in extra, what's so called Foreign Transaction Fee, for each payment.
By the way, I recall there is a calling app that you get $5 but pay $4.99? You guys may think it's just a dime but let's assume that ten to dozen times monthly then you will understand. hope you guys can help.
