I'm considering seeking employment as a software developer in Finland, and I would like to purchase a single family home to live in with my wife and two small dogs.
Can you give me a ballpark figure for a small house? We are looking for about 75m^2.
Do most houses have a garage and fenced yard in the suburbs there?
I would be open to renting if houses for sale are to scarce, or if the economics of renting is favorable there.
As you can tell, I know almost nothing, so I'll be grateful for any information!
