The World of The Orchestra - A Musical Concert Experience

Join us at Buckinghamshire New University in our stunning new Atrium for a unique musical journey. This captivating event is free of charge and open to everyone, making it the perfect opportunity for those new to orchestral music to experience their magic first-hand.

New Mozart Orchestra will take you on an unforgettable adventure, performing a diverse programme that spans classical music, film scores, ballet, pop, opera, and more. Clive Fairbairn, our conductor, with his band of fine professional players, will lead us on an exciting journey through music, enhancing your understanding and enjoyment.

Doors Open: 19:00 (refreshments and light bites available for purchase, card payment only).
Concert: 19:30 - 21:30
Venue closes: 22:00

The concert programme includes a selection of engaging pieces, such as "Quiet City" (Copland), "Gabriel’s Oboe" (Morricone), Symphony No.1 (Mozart), as well as works by Weber and Hummel. The evening will conclude with a special performance of Haydn’s "Toy Symphony.'
